This is a breakdown of the money the schools need, and how much is available at the moment.

What's going on is a very serious issue. Is the answer to Philadelphia & eventually other Cities, that we close down this once proud system which offered various opportunities for youth in exchange for privitization of our School system. Subjecing our children to the basic needs, & not an oppourtunity to shine at what they do best.

I am not saying Charter Schools are bad. But we definitly have to come up with a better plan.
